Elegant Off-the-Shoulder Lace Ballgown Wedding Dress
This beauty was the last dress I tried on the first time I went looking for my wedding dress. It was the dress I didn’t think I wanted but fell in love with once I saw myself in it.
The lace detailing throughout the dress took my breath away and I truly felt like royalty when I put it on. To add an extra bit of glam, I paired it with a cathedral lace mantilla veil.
When I bought the dress in February I was a bit bigger and had to get it taken in for alterations in August. I also shortened the shoulder straps and length of the dress. I had it bustled as well.
I’m a size 4-6 with an hourglass figure and stand short at 5’4”. The dress was long enough for me to wear heels in it.
I had it professionally cleaned and packaged after the wedding. It’s still in great condition but does have slight blemishes at the very bottom of the dress. If it’s taken in a little bit, you’d never know it! I also lost one of the buttons on the back but that could also easily be replaced.
I truly hope someone falls in love with this beautiful dress and makes them feel as special as I did.
