This beautiful style, created from a rich lace appliqué, features a Bateauneckline with scalloped details that continue to the v-shaped back. The waist is accented with a crystal and pearl belt. I bought this fit and flare 9066 dress from NYC. It has beautiful lace all over with a train and beaded waistband. We made alterations to pull the dress in to fit me and hemmed the bottom without losing the lace details. We also added short scalloped matching lace sleeves and a finger loop to hold the train.
