I purchased this dress in 2005 and sadly never wore it.  The tags are still on it (I do not have the receipt) and it is unaltered. The dress is in perfect condition - it's just very wrinkled from being stored for many years.  As described online when I purchased it: "White/Lt Ivory white silk duchess sati strapless A-line gown, light ivory hand embroidered and beaded sash wraps waistline with long tails down back of skirt, chapel train.
