I bought this dress in April 2018, to be worn as a MOH dress at my friend's wedding this summer but I ended up buying another dress. It's a beautiful dress. Very flowy and so feminine.

Waist - 28/29
Length - I'm 5'7 1/2 and it was the perfect fit with flats.
The shoulder straps (spaghetti) adjust so you can wear it higher or lower, depending on your style. The straps criss cross at the back.
There are two front slits in the fabric under the chiffon.
