Purchased in 1995 from Vera Wang's Madison Avenue Bridal House, this Helen Morley gown and bustle will make any bride feel like an actual princess. Worn once and professionally dry cleaned immediately thereafter, the ivory gown looks as if it could have been purchased new, and yesterday, but for a small, so so slightly discolored area on the inside of the right sleeve.
The neck, waist, and ends of the sleeves are framed by seven rows of pearl-like beading. A columned button closure runs from the beaded neckline to the beaded waist. At the final dress fitting, the dress’ bodice was altered, taken in.
