Elegant Ball Gown Wedding Dress with Custom Cap Sleeves

The dress originally came in a size 22 and I had the waist brought down to roughly a size 18. I am a B cup so the chest was brought down a little as well. I am 5'3" so the dress was shortened to hit just my shoes so I didn't trip over it. The ruffles were kept intact.
It initially did not come with the sleeves, I had those added on. The back is a combination of a zipper and buttons. The train is a good length but has 3 buttons for the bustle. There are several layers between the hook, skirt, and layering. It's a little bit heavy but when it's on it doesn't feel like it. Lays like a ballgown. Please read these measurements since I do not know for sure the actual size of the bust hip or waist, they are estimated. No beads missing on sleeves or waist. No tears or rips anywhere on the dress.
Designer's Description
Tiered layers of tulle and horsehair create a voluminous skirt fit for a princess. The Cameo Organza bodice features subtle asymmetrical pleating and a soft scoop neckline. A bead and Swarovski crystal motif adds a touch of sparkle at the waist. Finished with covered buttons over zipper and inner elastic closure.
