An elegant, timeless design in matte ivory satin, with delicate floral embroidery enhanced by beads, pearls, and metallic thread. The bodice, front and back, is fully covered in twining 3-dimensional vines and flowers; the vines trail gracefully down onto the a-line skirt, leading to scattered sequin flowers and bouquets of embroidered, beaded flowers on the skirt and chapel-length train. The bodice and hem of the dress are finished with clean bands of satin. The primary color of the dress is ivory, with beading and most of the embroidery in tones of ivory, with accents of metallic bronze-y, gold-tone thread. It features light boning in the bodice, and a light layer of tulle under the skirt, with an underskirt beneath the tulle to protect your legs/hosiery. It was originally worn with an a-line tulle crinoline, for extra fullness (not included).
Please note: there is a tear in the tulle underskirt at the back of the dress, where my heel went through during the reception. It could be repaired by a seamstress, and does not show when wearing the dress. There is a slight pull in the satin on the bodice, shown in the detail picture with the arrow. It's very subtle, and is not readily noticeable. There are a few subtle stains on the hem of the dress at the back, of which I can provide photographs if you would like to see them before purchasing.
