i love this dress. it's super comfortable and easy to wear, with just enough coverage to make it seem classic and modest, but with a few surprises thrown in to keep it modern. there is a sheer panel in the front to hold the deep v together, the loose-fitting sleeves fall just about to the elbow and create a cape effect when you lift your arms, which then reveal the sheer panels on the sides, buttons down the back. the chantilly lace is beautiful... it has a modern-feeling pattern to it, as opposed to the usual floral patterns (there is a little bit of floral on the sheer fabric on the back). my wedding was july 2019, and was absolutely wonderful. since then, however, it has become obvious that it takes up a little bit too much of our 600 square foot apartment and i must part with it.
as far as it's current condition, i'll be honest and say it's in pretty okay shape. the lace was far more delicate than i realized, so during out outdoor ceremony it got a little roughed up. there aren't any holes or tears or anything like that, it's more that it got a little "fuzzy" and pilled where it was getting caught up on the sidewalk and acting like velcro for the small twigs, and also some in the bust area from all the hugs. the only real stains are on the underskirt (i.e. not really visible), which may or may not be able to be professionally laundered out. (the last 3 pictures show these things). other than that, it's in very good shape and still a gorgeous dress.
