This dress is unaltered and runs true to size US 16. I have a 41" bust so I wore it a little big but I liked the drape. It's is a pretty stretchy fabric so is forgiving. Very fun and not scratchy considering the sequins though if you're really sensitive you may want to avoid! There is one little hook missing on the shoulder where it connects to the back swoop fabric. It is not a structural element
