Beautiful Strapless Silk Ruched Mermaid Wedding Dress
I fell in love with my dress at first sight - it's simple yet elegant. It's strapless with a mermaid shape in a very light ivory silk. I wanted something that floats in the wind at my destination wedding. The weather was perfect and I was outside for only an hour.
The dress was a size 4 and taken in a bit more around the bust but they put cups in there so that I had extra lift without having to depend on another undergarment to do that. Also, the dress was shortened by about an inch. I'm 5'3" and I wore 4" wedges.
The train beautifully floats behind you but you can button it up with the bustle so that it doesn't drag when you hit the dance floor. The fabric drapes tightly around the bodice yet it looks light and looks like you are floating.
I only wore it once for photos and the wedding so it went straight to the cleaners to be top-notch professionally boxed - $1000 in minimum declared value. Gown wrapped in unbleached muslin, silver preservation chest, and hand pressing. I have never opened the box so you will be getting it as-if new.
